AutoPass

AutoPass Terms of Use and User Agreement

Effective date: October 7, 2026. Version: 2026-10-07.

These terms cover the AutoPass website, hosted sync service, browser extension and downloadable applications provided by Endo Powersports LLC ("AutoPass", "we", "us"). They are the consolidated terms and conditions, user agreement and software license for these AutoPass services. Third-party software licenses remain applicable to their respective components.

1. Agreement and eligibility

Read these terms before creating an AutoPass account. A local-only account accepts the software-use terms without creating an account on our hosted service; connecting to our hosted service later requires a separate confirmation. Accept them through the account-creation confirmation provided in the application. If you do not agree, do not create a hosted account or use our hosted service. Downloading a file by itself does not record your acceptance. Existing users can review and accept these terms in Settings. We do not record acceptance merely because you already have an account, and these terms do not retroactively change an existing agreement.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. If you use AutoPass for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. AutoPass is not directed to children under 13. Do not provide another person's information or credentials unless you have the right and permission to do so.

2. What AutoPass provides

AutoPass helps you store, generate, organize, import, export and fill credentials and other vault information. Optional features may include encrypted syncing and sharing, passkeys, one-time-code generation, identity filling, account-creation assistance and connected-mailbox code retrieval. A feature is available only where it has actually been released, enabled and supported on your device. A development preview is not a promise that a feature works in a public release.

Browser and operating-system restrictions, website changes, provider policies and third-party outages can affect filling, sign-in and syncing. AutoPass does not guarantee compatibility with every website, app, phone, browser or passkey provider. Keep a way to access important accounts if AutoPass or a provider is temporarily unavailable.

3. Software license and ownership

Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the AutoPass applications we distribute for your own lawful personal or internal business use. You may make reasonable backup copies. You may not redistribute, sell, license or misrepresent the applications as your own except where a separate applicable software license permits it. This restriction does not limit rights that applicable law or third-party open-source licenses give you, including any legally permitted analysis or interoperability work.

We retain rights in our software, brand and other materials. You retain your rights in your vault data. You give us only the permission necessary to store and transmit encrypted vault data and process account information to provide the features you request, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not acquire ownership of your passwords, passkeys, identities, files or notes. Sharing an item gives your chosen recipients access; it does not transfer ownership to us.

AutoPass is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by 1Password, Google, Apple, Microsoft or the websites where you use it. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Account, devices and recovery

Provide an email address you control and keep your devices and recovery materials safe. Protect your master password, Secret Key, recovery codes, exports, backups and device unlock methods. Only approve a login or fill when you recognize its destination. Remove access for lost devices and revoke third-party connections you no longer need.

Vault contents are encrypted on your device before syncing. Our sync service cannot decrypt that encrypted vault without the required keys. This does not mean every piece of account information is encrypted from us: the Privacy Policy explains readable account, device, sharing and two-step verification information.

Google sign-in identifies an account; it does not make Google able to decrypt your vault. Account recovery depends on the recovery options you previously configured. We cannot promise to restore a forgotten password, lost Secret Key or inaccessible vault. Keep a secure recovery kit and, where appropriate, an encrypted backup outside AutoPass.

Tell us promptly at sales@endopowersports.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your AutoPass account. Do not send us passwords, private keys, recovery codes or exports.

5. Filling, saving and account-creation assistance

When you request a fill or sign-in, AutoPass sends the selected information to the website or application you choose. That destination's own terms and privacy practices apply. Check the destination and identity before confirming an action. Filling a form does not establish that its recipient is trustworthy or that the form's information is correct. Automatic sign-in may submit a recognized login form when you enable it.

Saving and updating credentials follow the options you choose. In versions that support preapproval, a generated password for a new account may be saved automatically after submission within the scope you approved. Existing password changes still require the confirmation described in the application. You can revoke preapprovals in Settings.

In versions that support it, allowing an assistant to use a selected identity or preapproving password generation and saving does not authorize that assistant to accept third-party contracts, make a purchase, start a paid subscription, change sensitive permissions or create accounts outside the approved scope. Give those instructions separately. In versions that support it, automation notes may help an assistant navigate; do not use them to bypass a destination's rules or consent.

6. Passkeys, authentication codes and connected accounts

Creating or using a passkey must follow the prompts and supported capabilities of the site, device and AutoPass version. A password export from another provider may omit passkeys. Do not remove the original provider until you have verified the imported or recreated credentials work. AutoPass cannot promise that every passkey can be transferred.

Authenticator codes, recovery codes and delivered email or text-message codes are different features. Storing them together can reduce the separation between your password and second factor. Decide whether this fits your needs, and keep an independent recovery method for important accounts.

Gmail connections, where available, are optional and separate from Google identity sign-in. Each mailbox requires its own Google authorization. Google determines access, verification and availability. AutoPass uses connected-mail data only for the requested code-retrieval feature described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a mailbox in AutoPass and revoke the app's permission in your Google Account. No feature guarantees delivery, discovery or acceptance of a code, or access to every SMS or email service.

7. Lawful use

Use AutoPass only for accounts, data, devices and services you are authorized to access. Do not use it to steal credentials, impersonate others, evade access controls, send spam, commit fraud, infringe rights, distribute malware or harm other people or systems. Do not deliberately overload our hosted service, interfere with other accounts or attempt to access their data.

We welcome good-faith vulnerability reports through our Security page. Reporting a problem does not authorize testing against other users, extracting their data, disrupting production or testing third-party systems. Obtain permission for testing beyond normal use of your own account.

8. Price and future paid services

The current publicly offered downloads and hosted service are provided without an AutoPass subscription charge. These terms do not authorize us to charge you. If we later offer a paid plan, its price, billing period, cancellation and refund terms must be disclosed before you choose and pay for it. A free account does not automatically become a paid subscription. Third-party services may charge under their own agreements.

Our Privacy Policy describes what information we handle, why, the providers involved, retention and your choices. It is a disclosure of our data practices, not blanket consent for optional access. Browser, operating-system and Google permission prompts apply separately.

We handle privacy requests and lawful disclosure requirements as described there. We cannot produce decrypted vault contents we do not possess or restore data you have permanently deleted. Nothing here limits privacy rights or remedies provided by law.

10. Ending service and deleting data

You can stop using AutoPass and export your vault using available export tools. Secure any exported file; an unencrypted export can disclose everything it contains. You can delete a hosted account in Settings. The Privacy Policy explains deletion, encrypted copies on other devices, shared copies, provider records and backups. Uninstalling an application alone does not delete your hosted account.

We may limit or suspend hosted access when reasonably necessary to protect people or systems, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Where feasible and lawful, we will notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve a problem or export your data. Urgent risks may require immediate action. Suspension does not give us ownership of your data.

If we discontinue the hosted service, we will give reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export where feasible. Local copies depend on the application and device; we cannot guarantee indefinite operation, compatibility or access after a device is lost.

11. Availability, warranties and liability

We aim to provide a useful service with reasonable security, but no software is unbreakable or error-free. Except for promises expressly made in these terms and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, AutoPass is provided as available without additional implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or universal compatibility.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use AutoPass. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer guarantee that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. No term makes you waive a non-waivable statutory right. If your jurisdiction requires a different rule, that mandatory rule applies.

12. Changes and disputes

We will identify the effective date and version of published terms. For a material change, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or your account email and obtain new acceptance where required. We will not treat silence as permission to expand access to your data or apply a new payment obligation retroactively. You can stop using the hosted service and export or delete your account if you do not accept.

Contact sales@endopowersports.com to try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require binding arbitration, waive class actions or prevent you from contacting a regulator or bringing a claim in a court available under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable rules about courts continue to apply.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it. These terms and any separately agreed written terms govern our service relationship; they do not override third-party licenses or non-waivable rights.
